Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms apply when you use tanimawoai.com, join a Tanimawo AI Academy class, or take part in our community ("the Academy", "we"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or classes. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Free classes and the website

• The classes, replays and learning tools are free. We may change, pause or end any class, page or feature at any time, and some features open later than others.
• Classes are held on third-party services such as Microsoft Teams, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp and Facebook. Their own terms and privacy rules apply when you use them.
• The class time, links and schedule can change. Check the Schedule page or our announcements before each class.

Your registration

• Give your real name and an email address you use, so certificates and messages reach you.
• Keep your sign-in links and codes private. You are responsible for what is done with your registration.
• The classes are designed for adults. If you are under 18, use the Academy with a parent or guardian's permission.

Be respectful

In classes, chats, study groups, discussion posts, comments and anything else you share, please do not:

• harass, threaten or insult anyone, or post hateful, sexual or violent content;
• post spam, adverts, scams, money schemes or links to them;
• share other people's personal details, or pretend to be someone else, including Dr. Daniel or the Academy;
• break the law, copy other people's work without permission, or use the Academy to cheat in exams or assignments;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the website.

We may remove content and suspend or remove anyone who breaks these rules, without notice.

What you share

You keep ownership of the projects, posts and other work you share. By sharing them on the Academy you allow us to show them on the website and in our community (for example in the student showcase or as a testimonial, when you chose that). You can ask us to remove them at any time.

Our materials

The lessons, guides, videos, slides and website content belong to Tanimawo AI Academy and Dr. Daniel Tanimawo. You may use them for your own learning and share our links freely. Please do not sell them, or publish them as your own, without our written permission. Free guides marked for sharing may be shared as they are, with our name on them.

AI tools and their answers

• The AI assistant and AI-powered learning tools can make mistakes. Check important information before you rely on it, especially for health, money or legal matters.
• Do not type passwords, bank details, PINs or other private information into any AI tool, ours included.
• The Academy teaches how to use AI tools made by other companies. We are not responsible for those tools or how they change.

Certificates

Certificates show that you completed an Academy course or challenge. They are not a university degree or a government-accredited qualification. We may cancel a certificate that was earned by breaking these rules.

Opportunities and earning

Lessons about earning with AI share ideas and skills; they are not promises of income. If paid tasks or other opportunities are offered through the Academy, the agreement and payment are between you and the person or business offering the task. We check listings, but we are not a party to that agreement.

No guarantees

We work hard to make the classes accurate and the website reliable, but we provide them "as is", without guarantees that they will always be available, error-free or suitable for your goals. To the extent the law allows, the Academy is not liable for any loss that comes from using, or not being able to use, the classes, website or tools.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Academy grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Academy after a change, you accept the updated terms.
