Which Mac do I have? Click the Apple menu at the top left, then About This Mac. If it says Chip: Apple M1, M2, M3 or M4, choose Apple chip. If it says Processor: Intel, choose Intel.

How to install

DownloadClick Download for Windows above. If your browser says the file "isn't commonly downloaded", choose Keep (in Edge: the … menu, then Keep, then Keep anyway).
Open the fileOpen Tanimawo-AI-1.0.1-win-x64.exe from your Downloads folder or your browser's downloads list.
"Windows protected your PC"Windows shows this for new apps. Click More info, then Run anyway.
InstallKeep the suggested folder and click Install. No administrator password is needed.
Open and sign inOpen Tanimawo AI from your desktop or the Start menu and sign in once. It remembers you.

To remove it later: Settings, then Apps, then Installed apps, then Tanimawo AI, then Uninstall.

DownloadClick the button for your Mac above (Apple chip or Intel).
Open the .dmg fileDouble-click Tanimawo-AI-1.0.1-mac-….dmg in your Downloads folder.
Drag to ApplicationsIn the window that opens, drag Tanimawo AI onto the Applications folder.
Open itOpen Applications and double-click Tanimawo AI. The first time, macOS says it can't check the app: click Done.
Allow it onceApple menu , then System Settings, then Privacy & Security. Scroll down to Tanimawo AI and click Open Anyway, then Open Anyway again (type your Mac password if asked). From then on it opens normally.

macOS says "Tanimawo AI is damaged and can't be opened"? It isn't damaged: macOS blocked the download. Open Terminal (Applications, then Utilities), paste this line, press Return, then open the app again: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/Tanimawo AI.app"

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. The desktop app is free, like the Academy.

Do I need to download again for new lessons and features?

No. The app shows the live Academy app, so everything new appears by itself. You only download again if we tell you there is a new version of the app itself.

Why does Windows or my Mac warn me?

New apps that are not yet registered with Microsoft or Apple get a one-time warning. The steps above show the button to click. The app comes from our official GitHub page.

Can I use it on my phone?

On a phone, open app.tanimawoai.com in your browser. The desktop app is for Windows and Mac computers.
